Exterior Inspection

We will ensure all entrances are secure, visual check for evidence of forced entry, vandalism, theft or damage. We will check outside faucets, removal of newspaper, flyers, mail and other evidence of non occupancy. Also visual inspection of roof and gutters from the ground, yard/landscaping, and outbuildings/garage, fence line.

Interior Inspection

Visual inspection of theft, vandalism, damage or other disturbance. Ensure windows and entryways are secure, check security system is set and working, check inside lighting timers, visual inspection of HVAC areas for signs of pest or insect activity, note unusual odours, visual inspection of walls, ceilings, tubs, showers, under sinks for evidence of leakage and water damage, mold/mildew. Check thermostat is set at correct temperature, check freezers, fridge and disposal are working, visual check of water heater, check fuse box for tripped breakers or evidence of power surge, reset clocks and timers, unplug unused appliances/electronics.

Additional tasks as needed: water houseplants, flush toilets, run taps, vary lighting and drapes to create lived-in look, pull out garbage/recycle bin on service days,

 

 

We will record each time we enter your property and take pictures as necessary and submit a report to you.
