A Few Things About Me

My name is Rebecca. I owned a small cleaning business and provided cleaning services in private homes for over 9 years in Lethbridge. Prior to that, I worked mostly retail and for two years at Black Rock Terrace providing resident services for seniors. I’m currently working on my real estate course and have plans to make a career in property management and residential real estate.

I have three children aged 24, 19 and 16. My oldest is living in Sudbury, ON and working for a company that provides phone and internet services for businesses. His hobbies include building computers. My second son is a security guard for Securitas in Lethbridge and is saving up money to go to college and university with goals of doing something forensics-related. One of his hobbies is volunteering with 14th McKillop Scouting Group here in Lethbridge. My 16 year old is in grade 11 and she enjoys sewing and designing clothing. I’m proud of them.

My husband has been in the autobody business since we met in 1988. When we moved here from Manitoba in 2001, he wrote the exam to obtain his journeyman’s certificate and has been painting cars ever since. He’s a shareholder and painter at Coulee Collision and works hard for our family and always owned a motorcycle—preferably a dirt bike.

I also have been a volunteer with 14th McKillop Scouting Group for the past 9 years. I have learned lots about our community and about myself. I keep my Police Record Check current as a result of volunteering and the fact that I worked with seniors and in private homes for many years. The best thing about my housekeeping business was my clients. Many of these clients I had for several years and obtained a trusting relationship.

I may be hiring my family members or other trusted individuals to assist in the business of watching your home. I will maintain updated liability insurance and I suggest my clients keep theirs current as well. Please check your home insurance policy. It most likely requires periodic checks while home owner is away for an extended amount of time.
